its supplement is 180-alpha°

if alpha is 12 degrees less than twice its supplement, we have
alpha=2%28180-alpha%29-12
alpha=360-2alpha-12
alpha%2B2alpha=348

3alpha=348

alpha=348%2F3
alpha=116°


and its supplement is 180-alpha°->180-116°->64°
