You can put this solution on YOUR website!
if you have a point (-2%2F3,1), you know that coordinate x=-2%2F3 and coordinate y=1
to place it on a graph you first mark -2%2F3 on x-axis and 1 on y-axis like this

then, from -2%2F3 on x-axis, draw a line parallel to y-axis
and from 1 on y-axis, draw a line parallel to x-axis

your point will be at intersection of these two lines
