Suppose that in order to qualify for the loan, the total monthly payment cannot exceed 30% of monthly income. What is the minimum monthly income needed to qualify for the loan? What is the minimum annual income needed?
The mortgage payment for this is $2,500.50

if the mortgage payment for this is $2500.50+, it is a 30%=0.30 of monthly income x and
$0.30x=2500.50+
$x=2500.50%2F0.30+
$x=8335+
Therefore, your monthly income need be not less than $8335+ to qualify for the loan.
