4X+3Y=-13 NOW MULTIPLY THE SECOND EQUATION BY 4 & ADD,
-4X+4Y=20

Y=7/7
Y=1 ANSWER.
4X+3*1=-13
4X+3=-13
4X=-13-3
4X=-16
X=-16/4
X=-4
