TO GRAPH THESE 2 EQUATIONS SET X=0 & SOLVE FOR Y. THEN SET Y=0 & SOLVE FOR X.
PLOT THE POINTS AND DRAW A LINE THROUGH THEM WITH A SLOPE OF 3.
6X-2Y=2 OR -2Y=-6X+2 OR Y=-6X/-2+2/-2 OR Y=3X-1 (RED LINE)
9X-3Y=1 OR -3Y=-9X+1 OR Y=-9X/-3+1/-3 OR Y=3X-1/3 (GREEN LINE)
BECAUSE THESE 2 LINES ARE PARALLEL THERE IS NO UNIQUE SOLUTION FOR X OR Y.
