if one angle is alpha, its supplement is 180-alpha
if alpha is 144.2 degrees less than its supplement, we have
alpha%2B144.2=180-alpha
alpha%2Balpha=180-144.2

alpha=17.9°
and its supplement is:180-alpha=180-17.9=162.1°
