You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1%2F12 POOL per MINUTE for filling

-1%2F8 POOL per MINUTE for emptying

How long does it take to fill the pool?
Effective rate 1%2F12-1%2F8
2%2F24-3%2F24
-1%2F24-------this means the pool will drain to empty in 24 minutes if the pool were started full, and then hose opened fully.

How long to fill?
Never happens.

If it leaks out in less time (8 mins) than it fills (12 mins), then it'll never be filled.
In other words, it has to take a longer time to leak than to fill in order to be full at some point in time!
