I want to make sure I'm putting the dots in the right spaces, as it's hard to exactly pinpoint without digital graphing apparatus. Also, would I need to do anything to the problem? It looks like it is already in slope-intercept format. I'm not sure.
In the second half, we are asked to find the domain and range.

You will then have some points in (x, y) form.
x tells where to find the point along the horizontal axis.
y tells where to find the point along the vertical axis.

Also note from your equation in slope-intercept form, one of the points is (0, 3/5). Line crosses the y-axis at 3%2F5.
