 The answers are:
 a. The patient should take 0.61 pills every 4 hours.
 b. The intravenous suspension flow should be set to 30.35 ggt/hour.
 Can someone help me figure out how to get these answers written out :)

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 31 kg*47mg/kg=1457 mg a day 6 times a day (every 4 hours) is 242.8 mg each time, and 242.8/400 is 0.607 or 0.61 pills every 4 hours
 Over a 12 hour period, a patient should take 728.5 mg, half the above dose.
 This is 60.7 mg an hour
 That is 3/5 of 100 mg , so therefore 3 ml an hour
 But each ml has 10 ggt, so this would be 30 drops an hour (a little more since it was 60.7 mg and not 60).
