Range Rule of Thumb - The standard deviation will be range/4. In other words, the range will be 4 * SD.
Significantly low is below the "usual" range, while sig high is above the "usual" range. The "usual" range is 2 SD above and 2 SD below the mean.

The "usual" range for this situation is 77.4 - 2(11.5) to 77.4 + 2 (11.5) = 54.4 to 100.4.
Significantly low will be less than 54.4.
Sig high will be greater than 100.4.
140.4 is significantly high.
