1.+++x+%2B++5y+=+++10
2.-+2x+-+10y+=+-+20
if you multiply both sides of equation 1 by -2,
1.++-2x+%2B++%28-10y%29=+++-20
you get equation 2.
These are dependent equations (the same equation).
