You can put this solution on YOUR website!
R = N+13
R+9 = 2(N+9) substitute for R:
N+13+9 = 2(N+9)
N+22 = 2N+18
4 = N
switch sides
N = 4
Nash is 4 years old and Rod is 4+13 = 17
In 9 years:
N = 4+9 = 13
R = 17+9 = 26
In 9 years Rod will be twice as old as Nash:
13 x 2 = 26 Correct
