let x = the multiplier
then
16x = original price of the 1st house
and
23x = original price of the 2nd

Two years later;
1.1(16x) = 17.6x; the price of the 1st house
and
(23x+477) = the price of the 2nd house

The ratio now is 11:20 =
cross multiply
20(17.6x) = 11(23x+477)
352x = 253x + 5247
352x - 253x = 5247
99x = 5247
x = 5247/99
x = 53 is the multiplier
therefore
53*16 = gh848 is the original price of the 1st house.
and
53*23 = gh1219 is the price of the 2nd house.
