You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Mr. Walker had some lemons.
let x = total number of lemons
He put 1/2 the lemons equally into 5 bags and the other half equally into 6 containers.
there were 63 lemons in one bag and 3 containers altogether.
%28.5x%29%2F5 + 3(%28.5x%29%2F6) = 63
multiply by 30 to clear the denominators
6(.5x) + 5(3(.5x) = 63*30
3x + 7.5x = 1890
10.5x = 1890
x = 1890/10.5
x = 180 lemons altogether
