i + 83 = h - 83
i = h - 83 - 83
i = h - 166
If iris gives harris 52 stamps, the ratio of the number of stamps iris has to harris will be 4:7.

replace i with (h-166)
%28%28h-166%29-52%29%2F%28h%2B52%29 = 4%2F7
%28h-218%29%2F%28h%2B52%29 = 4%2F7
cross multiply
