As stated, this is an impossible task. First of all, you did not specify the precision of the round-off. Nearest 1? Nearest 10? Second, regardless of the chosen precision, there is an infinite number of real numbers between the limits established by the chosen precision.
The following task could be accomplished, but I have no idea if this is what you really meant:
"List the integers that would result in the number 250 when rounded off to the nearest ten."
Here, you have an established precision, namely tens, and have specified the precision of the elements of your list, namely integers, more commonly known as whole numbers. Such a list of numbers in this particular case would be the whole numbers that are in the interval:
