 Draw the picture of a right triangle with height = 44 inches and
 angle opposite that side equal to 10 degrees
 --------------
 The hypotenuse is the ramp.
 --------------
 sin(10 degrees) = 44/length of ranp
 -----------
 length of ramp = 44/sin(10) = 253.39 inches
 length of ramp >= 253.39/12 = 21' 1.39 inches
