So,

+2000x+%2B+43000+-+1000x+=+50000+
+1000x+%2B+43000+=+50000+
+1000x+=+7000+
+x+=+7+
The number of horses is 7.
And, +43+-+7+=+36+
So, the number of llamas is 36.
