First, I edited your post to make the inequality VISIBLE.
Second, I still can not read it, since it is written INCORRECTLY.
To write it correctly, use PARENTHESES to show adequately the numerators and denominators in your formula.
The blind "copy and paste" method does not work.
You need to look into the formula in your source, to understand what does it mean (= to read it correctly), and then translate it
into the text format in your post USING PARENTHESES..
