Use the apostrophe character for the "prime". Q and Q', T and T'

In general, if has an image under dilation about the origin, then the coordinates of that image must be , where is some real number.

In this case: , hence each of the coordinates of T' must be 9 times the coordinates of T. You can do your own arithmetic.

Exactly the same idea as your question about the coordinates of W' under the same dilation. You can ask this question as often as you like, but we are not going to do your arithmetic for you.
