There are 4 intersecting lines. That is all you know. You have no idea whether lines l and m are parallel or not. If you were given the measure of any one of the eight angles formed by the intersection of the two unlabeled lines with line m, you could, if l and m are, in fact, parallel, prove that they are, or, if they are not actually parallel, prove that they are not.
