The only thing you know about the figure is that angle DBC is a 45-degree angle. While it appears that angle ABC is right, all you have is "gee whiz, it sure LOOKS like a right angle", but you have absolutely nothing definite besides your intuition to back up that assertion. Your intuition is not a valid proof of anything, nor is anyone else's including mine.
The answer to part b is "I don't know" and the pronoun "I" can be applied to any sentient being on the planet.
The answer to part c is "There is no way to prove it with the information given"
This is the sort of scam the test writers for the SATs try to pull all the time. They will make a drawing that LOOKS one way but is indeed, according to the other concrete data provided, something else entirely.
