3.8 BECAUSE THE DIGIT TO THE RIGHT OF THE TENTHS POSITION IS 5. THEN YOU HAVE TO ADD 1 TO THE TENTHS DIGIT & ZERO OUT ALL DIGITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE TENTHS POSITION.
