Presumably by "numbers" you mean "digits"....

7 choices for the first letter
6 choices for the second
5 choices for the third
10 choices for each of the four digits (assuming the "no repeats" rule applies only to the letters)

Use the fundamental counting principle: multiply all the numbers of choices together.
