(3) If you have 1 quarter, that is 25 cents; you need 50 cents more. You can use as few as 0 and as many as 5 dimes.
(4) If you have no quarters, then you need to make the 75 cents with only dimes an nickels; the number of dimes you can use is anywhere from 0 to 7.
