she would get 5 * 16 = 80 dollars for selling 5 sets of 8 pairs of shoes.
in addition, she makes 5 dollar for every pair of shoes she sells.
she would make an additional 5 * 47 = 235 dollars for selling 47 pairs of shoes.
235 + 80 = 315 dollars total compensation.
this assumes that, when she sells her 8th pair of shoes, she gets the 5 dollars for selling another pair of shoes plus she gets 16 dollars for selling an 8th pair of shoes.
every 8th pair of shoes would then rn her 5 dollars plus 16 dollars = 21 dollars.
if, on the other hand, you assume that the 8th pair of shoes gets her 16 dollars and she does not get the additional 5 dollars for that 8th pair of shoes, then she would have to deduct 5 * 5 = 25 dollars from the total.
this means she would make 290 dollars instead of 315 dollars.

the first printout takes you up to 29 pairs of shoes.
the second printout takes you from 30 to 47 plus shows you the total money earned.
