.
The three numbers in the second set are

a)  nonsense;
b)  mistake;
c)  error;
d)  typo

and so on.

It is not the issue where we can help you.

Since ordered pairs consist of (obviously!) two numbers, the only possible interpretation of the second given point is (5,371291). Putting a comma in the second number in the ordered pair is extremely bad form....

So we have an exponential function of the form f%28x%29+=+ab%5Ex with
f%280%29+=+ab%5E0+=+a+=+128
f%285%29+=+ab%5E5+=+128b%5E5+=+371291
b%5E5+=+371291
b+=+%28371291%29%5E%281%2F5%29+=+4.926 approximately

So the function is
f%28x%29+=+128%2A%284.926%29%5Ex
