You can put this solution on YOUR website! Write an equation in slope-intercept form for each line.
1. For the line in red.
y=2x-1
2. For the line in blue.
y=-x+2
3. For the line in green.
y=x+1
4. Perpendicular to the blue line and through (-1, 6).
slope of perpendicular line = 1
(y-6) = 1(x-(-1))
y-6 =x+1
y=x+7
5. Parallel to the red line and containing (7, 0).
slope is same =2
(y-0)=2(x-7)
y =2x-14
