Two Angles are Supplementary when they add up to 180 degrees:
x + x + 86 = 180
2x + 86 = 180
2x = 94
x = 47 this is the supplementary angle
The other angle, the problem says, measures 86 more than the supplementary:
180 - 47 = 133 degrees is the other angle
