A few things aren't clear here, but there is some that can be answered.
Draw it.
If BC=17, then DA=17, so x=12
I'm not sure where y is. If it is 30 degrees, it can't be an interior angle, since D is 120 degrees, so A and C are 60 degrees each.
The perimeter is 2*(12+17)=58
