What does "Red" mean? We can only guess what your question is, because you were careless in writing it....

If 60 is simply the total number of coins, then 30 of them are 5paise coins, because the 2:3:5 ratio tells us half of the 60 coins are 5paise coins.

I thought perhaps the 60 is supposed to be the total value of the coins, rs60. But if that is the meaning, then the problem is flawed, because you get answers that are not whole numbers.
