Their relative speed: 40 + 25 = 65 km/hr
therefore
20%2F65 = 4%2F13 hr is the time for them to meet
Find how far Mary travels in that time
4%2F13*25 = 7.7 km
therefore
15 + 7.7 = 22.7 km from Hall Beach when they meet
