Second pump, 9%2Fx tanks per minutes
Both pumps together, 1%2F60 tank per minutes

1%2F60=1%2Fx%2B9%2Fx
Solve this for x.

Let n be the time it takes for the first pump alone. Then, the second pipe would be 9n. So:
1/n+1/9n=1/60
180+20=3n
n=200/3 minutes for the first pump working alone
