Make a rough sketch of the polygon. W and X have the same x coordinate, as do Y and Z. So WX and YZ are vertical line segments. And X and Z have the same y coordinate, as do W and Y, so XZ and WY are horizontal line segments.

That makes the polygon a rectangle; finding the area and perimeter should be easy.
