If you really want help with a problem, you should be careful to state the problem so it can be understood.
My guess is that the statement of the problem is that E is the midpoint of AB; AC is 12cm; and CE is 6.5cm.
In that case, the problem can't be answered, because the given information does not define a unique triangle; and it does not describe a family of triangles all of which have the same area.
