Solve both inequalities and put onto the number line the points which make BOTH inequalities true.

The two separate solutions are n%3C=4 and n%3C=-1.
If "and" is meant as AND, then what the solution on number line must show is for n%3C=-1, because not
all of n<=4 will make the second inequality satisfied.
