Question 1101748: A square is drawn in the coordinate plane with one vertex on the x-axis and another vertex on the y-axis. Is it possible to find the area of the square if the third vertex of the square has coordinates (5,2)? If so, what is the area? Thanks!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! A square is drawn in the coordinate plane with one vertex on the x-axis and another vertex on the y-axis. Is it possible to find the area of the square if the third vertex of the square has coordinates (5,2)?
:
I don't think so. The 3rd vertex, the x/y values would have to be equal like 2,2 or 5,5, if the figure is a square
