We have 4 oz of 32% solution
We want to add some 14% solution to make a 20% solution.
0.14*x+0.32*4=0.2(4+x)
0.14*x+1.28=0.8+0.2x
0.14x-0.2x=0.8-1.28
-0.06x=-0.48
x=8 oz at 14% (1.12) is added to 4 oz at 32%(1.28) to make 20% of 12 oz(2.4)
