You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
swim trucks + pair of shorts + T-shirt  = 60  dollars

S           + P              + T        = 60

(P + 9)     + P              + (P + 3)  = 60

3P + 12 = 60  ====>  3P = 60-12 = 48  P = 48%2F3 = 16.

Thus pair of shorts costs $16.

Then swim trucks cost 16 + 9 = 25 dollars and T-shirt costs  16+3 = 19 dollars.

Check.  16 + 25 + 19 = 60 dollars.   ! Correct !

Answer. Pair of shorts costs $16. swim trucks cost 25 dollars. T-shirt costs 19 dollars.
