The tank is full when it has 25%2A18%2A30=13500cc in it.
So it is half full when it has 13500%2F2=6750cc in it.
If you had to add 950cc to get to 6750cc, then there was 6750-950=5800cc in the tank.
So the difference between 8100cc and 5800cc was the amount that went into both containers.
