The slope is difference in the y s (right to left, although can go either way as long as one does it the same direction for both x and y, which is 0, over the difference in x, which is 4. 0/4 is the slope so this is and equation of y=0x+b, or y=b
when y=-1, b=-1
therefore the equation of the line is y=-1
