Harry and Kate, moving towards each other, will meet in 2500%2F%2840%2B60%29 = 2500%2F100 = 25 minutes.


In 25 minutes, the dog running at the speed of 120 meters per minute, will cover the distance of 25*120 = 3000 meters.
