Question 1099278: I have just learned about logarithms, and the math lesson did not give a full example of how to solve this problem. Not only that, but I do not know how to enter into my calculator because the one in the math book seems to be a different model or something. I'm using a CASIO fx-9750GII. Here's the problem: Use the ln key to express each number as a power. Then use the rules of exponents to find the answer. (0.000612)(576)/(0.0512x10^-14) Thanks for your time! Quick note: I do know where the ln key is, I just don't know how to use it in this context.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Use the ln key to express each number as a power. Then use the rules of exponents to find the answer.
(0.000612)(576)/(0.0512x10^-14)
----------------
If "each number" means the 3 numbers shown:
You can find the ln of each, then add the 2 in the NUM and subtract the one for the DEN.
----
ln(0.000612) = -7.398778
ln(576) = 6.356107
-----------
Add those.
ln(0.0512e-14) = -35.208207
---------
Subtract that from the sum of the NUM
--> 34.1655364
Then e^34.1655364 --> 688,500,000,000,000
====================
It's not a good example, IMO.
