t = b + 5
1 year younger than his cousin.
t = c - 1
t = t therefore
c - 1 = b + 5
c = b + 6

His uncle is 3 times the age of his cousin
u = 3c
and 4 times the age of his brother.
u = 4b
u = u therefore
4b = 3c
b = c

In the equation c = b + 6, replace b with c
c = c + 6
multiply equation by 4 to get rid of the fraction, we have then:
4c = 3c + 24
4c - 3c = 24
c = 24 yrs is the cousin's age

Let Taz' age be T
Then his brother's is: T - 5
His cousin's is: T + 1
His uncle's is: 3(T + 1)
His uncle's is ALSO: 4(T - 5)
We then set his uncle's equations equal to each other, to get: 3(T + 1) = 4(T - 5)
3T + 3 = 4T - 20
3T - 4T = - 20 - 3
- T = - 23
