Assuming that the faces of the die have the numbers 1 to 60 once each, 30 of them are odd and 30 are even.
Of the 9 "special" numbers shown, 5 are odd and 4 are even. Clearly you don't want to count the odd numbers again; so there are a total of 30+4 = 34 "good" numbers you can roll.

So the probability of rolling a "good" number is 34/60, or 17/30.
