Usually those who post their problems correctly and in correct way,
obtain very detailed answer, solution and explanations from me.
Moreover, I often include references to my numerous lessons in this site to wider the students' knowledge.
But not in this case.
I am sensitive (as any other person) to the form of addressing to tutors (and to me personally),
and can not tolerate addressing you used in this post.
So, you lost a lot by neglecting commonly accepted communication rules.
Think about it and make right conclusions for future.
