Originally, Terrence and Winnie DID NOT HAVE 24 and 3 coins, respectively. The answer is WRONG/INCORRECT/RIDICULOUS! 

Having said that, and using the correct number of 20c and 10c coins she had, we find that she had: highlight_green%28%22%243%22%29 in the end.
