Two years ago Margaret was 12 years old; hence, Tony was 6 years old then,

and the age difference between them was 6 years.

This age difference will remain forever; hence, the answer to the problem question is "NEVER".

If death stops the aging process, 6 years after Tony's death, if she lives that long.
