You can write this as:
+x+%3C=+-8+

This makes sense, because if +x+=+-6+
then +x%2F2+=+-3+ and
+-4+%3E=+-3+ is false
and
If +x+=+-10+
+x%2F2+=+-5+ and
+-4+%3E=+-5+ is true
