You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Tory has two saving accounts. Account A starts with $197 and Account B starts with $521. Each month, he withdraws $6 from Account B and invests $30 in Account A. How many dollars does he have in both accounts, combined, when the accounts have the same value?
-----
A amount:: 197+30x
B amount:: 521-6x
------------------------
Equation:
197+30x = 521-6x
36x = 324
x = 9 months
------
Ans:: 197+30x = 197+30*9 = $467
521-6*x = 521-6*9 = 467
----------------
